50 Cent Announces New Program To Provide One Million Meals In A Week

Rap star 50 Cent continues his philanthropic work and has started a new initiative to fight hunger worldwide, through his new Street King energy shot that he recently released.

The rapper kicked off a new initiative called “Hustle With 50 Cent,” which has a goal to provide 1,000,000 meals in one week, using popular social networking site Facebook. Every time someone likes the Street King Facebook page, 50 Cent will fund one meal for one child. His goal is to get 1,000,000 likes in one week, to provide 1,000,000 children with a meal.

If his Facebook page reaches the goal of 1,000,000 likes in one week, 50 Cent will match each donation and provide 1,000,000 more meals for a another million children. The rapper’s initiative is timed to coincide with the World Food Day, which is run by the United Nation’s World Food Programme.

Will Smith Becomes Part Owner Of The Philadelphia 76ers

The two are now part owners of the NBA team, the 76ers. Will and Jada hold a stake in the Joshua Harris ownership group. Will Smith joins Jay-Z, who is a part owner of the New Jersey Nets.

Soulja Boy Charged With Felony Drug & Gun Possession

Soulja Boy was arrested in Temple, Georgia after police discovered ample amounts of marijuana, guns and cash inside of his car.

The “Crank That” rapper, 21, was in a car with four other men when police pulled them over for a traffic violation. After inspecting the vehicle, cops discovered a “substantial amount” of cash and weed, inside the vehicle. All five were arrested.

Guns were also found in the car, though it’s unclear if any of them had licenses for them.

According to Billboard's The Juice, Soulja Boy and the four others arrested are being charged with felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of a weapon in commission of a crime and possession with intent to distribute. The five will go before a judge to be formally charged.

Drake Addresses Supposed Pusha T Diss Track

While chatting to Funkmaster Flex, Drizzy touched on what he thinks about Pusha T's possible subliminals on the record "Don't Fuck With Me."

Pusha T spit over a Drake beat: "Rappers on their sophomores, actin' like they boss lords/ Fame such a funny thing for sure, when niggas start believing all them encores/ I'm just the one to send you off, bonjour."

Drake told Flex that others pointed out the song to him, but he wasn't sure if the shots were actually aimed at him. "I listened to it and I just couldn't pick it out. I couldn't pick out where I was supposed to be offended," he said. "Everyone was just like, 'Oh you got dissed in this song by Pusha T.' First of all, I've never really had any interaction with Pusha T so for him to diss me would be purely issues that he's having within himself."

He said he'd never had beef with Pusha in the past and actually has admiration for him. "We've met but we've been just always cordial with each other. I'm a fan of The Clipse. I say it in interviews. So I've never really had any issues with him. But it's a frustrating time for a lot of people right now, I get it. So if it was directed at me, just make it a little more direct next time. I'm up for whatever man. I didn't take offense to it though."

Drake is currently gearing up for the release of his sophomore album Take Care, scheduled for release on November 15.
